Once you have completed the task, you can return to the person who gave you the quest and claim your "reward" for doing so. That's right it's an action/first-person shooter/RPG that's COOPERATIVE!!!) In Borderlands you basically play as a mercenary-for-hire that travels around the land searching for people in need of assistance.
